Clockwork Goblin Games | Konflikt 47

Clockwork Goblin Games will at some point resume their 15mm line of what is now 28mm for the game Konflikt 47.

The 15mm range will 'mirror' the 28mm range, so the newer, stronger designs will be shrunk back down to the 'correct' scale

Ral Partha's Galactic Grenadiers

Here are some old school Galactic Grenadiers 15mm Ral Partha figures from the 1980's.  They are a wee bit small compared to many 15mm figures today, but they are still very cool.

15mm Steampunk - Victorian Sci-FI - Martian Wars

This past weekend I attended a convention here in Austin called Millennium Con.  On Sunday the do a flea market and I was there selling off various miniatures.  A friend of mine was at the table next to me selling his stuff.  Near the end of the flea market, he had a few items that weren't sold, so gave them to me.  Very cool by the way. 

One of the items was a set of 15mm figures from Highlander Studios Inc.  These were not just good sculpts, but absolutely amazing sculpts.

 

These guys got my Victorian Sci-Fi juices flowing. I already had a large collection of Martian Walkers, so I wanted to see what cool steam tanks these guys could use. I found 2 really good steam tanks

Dark Star Games Sci-Fi Vehicles

Dark Star Games is coming out with a really nice set of 15mm Sci-Fi vehicles. These are resin and the cost seems really good.  $20 for 5 vehicles.  Since they are resin, so doing conversions on them will not be a problem.

Eureka Miniatures - 15mm Sci-Fi

These guys have been out a while now, but I thought since I have been doing some 15mm Weird War or WWIII stuff now would be an appropriate time to display these again.

Even though they are Sci-Fi, I think they would still mix well with other Weird War 15mm figures. These were all sculpted by Mike Broadbent.

Mawe - Carnosaurs

If looking for some little mouthy creatures to spice up your tabletop games Hasslefree Miniatures and CP Models has you covered.  Hasslefree's are called Mawe (Under Sci-Fi Alien's) and CP's are the Carnosaurs (Under their 15mm Sci-Fi miniatures).  They look a little bit like the GW's squigs.

As you can see below, the figures will work well for 15mm, 20mm and 28mm games depending on your needs.

Clockwork Goblin Minis

There is a fantastic gaming company called Clockwork Goblin Minis that produce some great looking 15mm weird war figures.   You can check out their facebook or twitter to get more intel.  The  range is called "War Without End".  They have been saying that they will produce some of the figures in 28mm.

Love the overall concept.  The British and US Powered Armored troops are my favorites thus far.  Combine these with Flames Of War or Forged In Battle figures and you have a pretty cool weird war army.  Seems like I should dust off some of my Flames of War/Forged In Battle figures and get ready for these.

Clockwork is also sculpting figures for other companies, so definitely check out their Facebook page for a host of really good sculpts.

Khurasan Miniatures, The Intruders

Khurasan Miniatures has tons of alien 15mm figures, but if your looking for more of the grey type aliens, you might be interested in "The Intruders" in their Earth Doom line.  The flying orb is TBA, but looks rather cool.

Alien Greys, 15mm Sci-Fi

Everyone needs a little Grey.  These guys are just plain fun.  The little Grey Aliens by Alternative Armies 15mm.co.uk  probably have the most character.  Both Rebel Miniatures and Ground Zero Games Greys are more...well Grey looking with a less wacky weaponry.

Rebel Miniatures - Alien Greys (Armed)

If you want larger scale Grey Aliens in 25/28mm scale , check out ZombiesSmith, Griffin Miniatures, 3D-Miniatures, Wargames Supply Dump and Brigade Games.  ZombiesSmith Greys are chalk full of character.  3-D Miniatures and Griffin Miniature Greys are very alien like.  Brigade Games are more realistic, but still have a ton of character.  Wargames Supply Dumps are not exactly Greys, but they have a ton of character and are close enough.

Khurasan Miniatures, Martian Imperialists

Khurasan Miniatures released some very cool Martians Imperials a while back for their "They Came From Planet 15" 15mm range.   The leader was heard saying "I am going to blow up the Earth."  Little Green Martian warriors painted by Chris Yaro.

ACP Games Spartan MK3H

Looking for a kick butt 15mm hover tank, look no further than ACP Games new Spartan MK3H tanks.  Jimbo sent me one of these a while back and I have to say I really like the model.  Mine came in 2 variants.  Hover and tracked.  At first I was like the tracked is so cool and then changed my mind to the hover variant.  Now I am having trouble deciding which is better.  Both are excellent and use the same main hull, turret and gun.

DLD Productions To Resume Production

Looks like DLD Productions is going to start producing 15mm vehicles and little men too.  I have a few of the older vehicles and while communication was always sketchy, the vehicles were always top notch. 

"Ok...folks....so here's the "official" scuttlebutt.....yes...we are working on bringing DLD Productions back into the miniature gaming world. A couple of things to go over....the plan is this, to have all of the 15mm resin kits that we had/have in production, and convert them over to plastic injection kits.....several reasons for that move....the other is that we will be introducing our own game system for use with our vehicles.......PLUS our own line of troops based on our universe! So, the photos you see here are just the concept vehicles until we get them into plastic......yes....we are going to be doing a Kickstarter to get the ball rolling....please stay tuned......as things progress, we will update this page and the official website when it is up and running again.

For now, however, we are concentrating on the 15mm line.....at this time.....we would love nothing more that to make the 25mm kits in plastic injection! But, one iron at a time folks....so hang out.....take a look at some of the pics.....and start figuring out your army lists!

ArtCrime Productions New Figures

Trench2114 Heer Infantry

John from Trench2114 sent some review samples of the new Trench2114 Heer Infantry.  I have to say, I think these are his best work yet.  Loads of detail and cool trench coats.  What's not to like.  Unlike the previous release of the Panzer troopers, you get 5 different variations of the Heer light infantry vs 3 of the Panzer troopers. The figures I received only had a little bit of flash on the bottom of the bases.  Basically no prep.  They have a small emblem on their helmet, but I think I need a different camera to zoom in on the detail.  These should be fun to paint up.

A blister pack blister contains (10) Heer light infantry, consisting of 8 basic infantry (3 different poses), an Officer and a soldier with heavy weapon for $5.50.

John has a bunch of free rules to use with these figures.  He also has a little background history.

Firestorm Invasion, Spartan Games, Studio Sparta

Up are renders and painted samples of the upcoming Firestorm Invasion figures from Spartan Games Studio Sparta. From what I understand these will be 15mm instead of the 10mm they had originally planned for.  You can see a bunch more pictures here

MERC Valkyrie - ACP Games

Jimbo is at it drawing up some more 15mm troopers for ACP Games.  This is a concept of the MERC Valkyrie

FASA Kickstarter 1879

Looks like FASA is jumping into the KickStarter water with their 1879 game.  The KickStarter project is part miniatures, part steampunk, part app, and part role play.  It is good to see FASA start to expand their aging line.

Their Goal level is pretty steep 325K, but there are a lot of low pledge levels to select from.  The figures are going to be produced in 15mm scale, which I really enjoy and seems like a perfect scale choice for this project.
