Critical Mass Games, Merc Vehicles

Critical Mass Games just released their new Merc Vehicles.  These are no nonsense vehicles that could be used in just about any army.  I think I am more inclined to like the grav variant over the tracked version.

Each vehicle retails for £8.00 or you can purchase a platoon for £23.00.  It looks like the entire vehicle is resin with the exception being the guns.

Critical Mass Games. Mercenaries Tank

Critical Mass Games are coming out with the Bastion IFV and Havoc Tank for the mercenaries.  The vehicles will use the same chassis, but different armament. There will be both a tracked version and a hover version.  You can see more images by checking out the CMG Forum

Gruntz Skirmish Rules

I haven't had a chance to play the Gruntz ruleset by Robin Fittons, but it looks pretty interesting.

Gruntz won the Tabletop Gaming News readers vote for best new Sci-Fi rules in 2011.  Here is a little video going over shooting basics.

There is a great little writeup talking with Robin about Gruntz in Ancible Magazine. 

Robin has also designed a great walker that is now carried by Critial Mass Games called the The Imperator Mecha.  The Mecha is resin and retails for £20.00.

Once assembled the GRUNTZ Imperator Mecha stands at just over 3" tall.

Critical Mass Games has been working hard alongside Robin Fitton the Creator of Gruntz to bring you the Imperator Mecha.

This multi-part resin kit is now available in the online store and is priced at £20.00.  If you buy the battle group you can save a little money.

Critical Mass Games, Recon Grav Bikes

These have been out for a while, but I think Critical Mass Games Recon Grav Bikes are pretty cool.   They remind me of my Warzone Purple Sharks.

The single seat Grav Bike retails for £3.50 and the two seater or missile one retails for £4.

Critical Mass Games, Ral Infantry

Around the end of August Critical Mass Games will be releasing some great looking robotic infantry called the RAL.  The RAL are Robotic soldiers that accompany the Preasentia Enlightened and Phase Shifters into battle.

The RAL have been entirely created on computer, a method we thought would work well for the RALs design (sculpted by Charles Oines).

Here are some pictures of the new Critical Mass Games 15mm Prasentia Enlightened infantry.  These are now available from their store for £3.70 (Pack of 6 - 2 poses each).  They sort of remind me of the Vor Zykhee/Stargate Jaffa.

Critical Mass Games is releasing a new terrain piece tomorrow for the Arc Fleet called the Comms Tower.  This is the perfect objective marker for your 15mm Sci-Fi gaming.  For some reason it reminds me of something that might have been seen on Tatooine.

Critical Mass Games, Dragamaa Heavy Tank

Critical Mass Games Dragamaa Heavy Tank is out.  This tank reminds me a lot of the Halo tank.  Very cool.  The tank comes in 3 flavors (Heavy Plasma Cannon, Pulse Cannon or Gatling Slug Cannon)  and retails for £12.00.  If you buy 3 you get a bit of a discount £34.00 vs the £36.00 you would normally pay.
