Star Wars 15mm, Micro Machines Stormtroopers

Well I picked up 4 packs of the Star Wars Micro Machines Stormtroopers.  While they are a little taller than most of my 15mm figures, I think they will look just fine on the table top.  I actually quite like the look of them.  I am thinking of using them in some type of Space Hulk corridor type game.  These figures are OOP, so usually you have to look on Ebay or Amazon.

Crooked Dice, Time Lift Security

Here are some excellent sci-fi guards in 28mm by Crooked Dice.  The release date says September 2011.

Fantasy Flight Games, Dust Tactics, Tank Busters and Zombies

Fantasy Flight Games Dust Tactics Tank Busters and Zombies are now available.  I kind of like both of these box sets.  I mean who doesn't like Nazi Zombies with big round spiky things.  If you don't play Dust Tactics, you still might want to pick up the Zombies to go with AT-43 Oni, if you have them.

Khurasan Miniatures, Exterminator, Combat Vehicle Transport

Here's the print of the Khurasan Miniatures Exterminators' combat vehicle transport. It should be available in a few months.  Looks pretty sweet and for those who are big Aliens fans, this should be a perfect substitute.

Khurasan Miniatures, Locust

Here is a great vehicle by Khurasan Miniatures called the Locust.

Designed by the great John Bear Ross, it is the same size as the Rockjumper pickup and the final drives are actually interchangable.

The model is mostly resin but the 10mm DP pulse gun turret is pewter. Not all of the trucks mount the turret and it is just as often seen with a hatch on the roof, or, for the Secret Police, a steel plate bolted on.

Here is a really cool 28mm Sci-Fi trooper that Brother Vinni has on their website.  It's a shame it's not for sale. 

Dust Tactics, Punisher, Fireball

Here are some upcoming models from Fantasy Flight Games Dust Tactics line called the Punisher and Fireball.  I kind of like these.

The Punisher is the heaviest walker the Allies have ever produced, with twin 155mm howitzers to pummel heavily armored walkers and a number of .50 cal and .30 cal machine guns to lay waste to enemy squads foolish enough to approach.

The Fireball adheres to the Allies’ traditional strengths–speed, versatility, and lethal attacks at close range. Its deadly Napalm Thrower launches fiery doom at a greater range than ever before, and those fires can consume nearly any enemy unit in a single hit.

Spartan Games, Metzger Robot

Here is a good shot of the Metzger Robot from Spartan Games.  The Metzger is designed for the Spartan Games Dystopian Wars Prussians, but I am quite certain it could have all sorts of uses in 15mm games.  The Robot retails for £14.50.  The Metzger comes in two options: walking on land (2mm acrylic base provided) or wading through the water ready to engage any enemy shipping.

Reaper Miniatures, Lara Kraft and Asiago Jones

Reaper miniatures have come out with two really fun mouse figures Lara Kraft and Asiago Jones  Gene Van Horne did a fantastic job with both of these, as did Anne Foerster and Jen Kaufman who painted Lara and Asiago.  These belong in some type of board game, where yes, girls might even play. :-)
